Advanced Radiopharmaceuticals Cleanroom

BAMF Health/Michigan State University

Project Overview

Located within the new Doug Meijer Medical Innovation Building, the cutting edge radiopharmacy was the only facility in the United States to house this novel, life-saving theranostics technology. Throughout the project, Angstrom was presented with a number of unique and complex design considerations including the integrating hot cells into the modular cleanroom system.

Angstrom helped BAMF accomplish its goal of designing, manufacturing, and installing a cuttingedge cleanroom suite to safely house various radiopharmaceuticals and theranostics services.

Project Solutions

Paying close attention to process, personnel, and material flow, the custom cleanroom suite accommodated the specialized requirements

  • Meets ISO 7 & 8 standards
  • 17 internal rooms, sectioned off into three areas: Commercial Operations, Therapeutic Infusion, and
